If you run an honest business, RateIt works in your favour, because it separates you from the scammers and the fakes that have made buyers so cautious.

What RateIt does for an honest business

It proves you are real. In a market full of fake sellers, a profile with verified reviews from real customers is one of the strongest trust signals you can have. Buyers who check before they pay will find you, and find a record they can believe.

It gives you a voice. You can reply publicly to any review, thank a happy customer, or address a complaint in the open. People trust a business that responds.

It protects you from fakes. We actively detect and hold fake reviews, including coordinated attacks where someone floods a competitor with false negatives. Our verification system means a real customer's review counts for more than an anonymous attack.

Claiming your business

1. Find your business on RateIt. Search for it. Many businesses are already listed as profiles waiting to be claimed.

2. Verify that you control it. For a physical business, we send a one time code to your listed phone number. For an online business, you verify through your domain. If neither works, you can submit documents for our team to review. This step matters, it is how we keep impostors from claiming a business that is not theirs.

3. Manage your profile. Once verified, you can add accurate information about your business, respond to reviews, and see your reviews and any complaints in one place.

What you can and cannot do

You can: reply to any review in public, add and correct your business information, respond to complaints, and dispute a review you believe breaks our rules or the law.

You cannot: delete or edit a review a customer wrote, pay to remove a review, pay to raise your score, or pay to rank higher. This is not a limitation we apologise for, it is the entire reason customers trust RateIt. A platform where reviews can be bought or deleted is worth nothing, to them or to you.

The promise that protects everyone

We never sell trust. Your score and your reviews cannot be bought, by you or by a competitor. That means the trust you earn here is real, and it cannot be taken from you by someone with a bigger budget. For an honest business, that is the best deal there is.

If a review is unfair

If you believe a review is fake, breaks our Content Policy, or is unlawful, you can dispute it. Our team reviews disputes against our policy and the law. If a review is a genuine account of a real experience, it stays up, and you remain free to respond. If it breaks the rules, we remove it. Write to us at complaints@rateit.pk.

اپنا کاروبار کلیم کرنا

۱۔ RateIt پر اپنا کاروبار ڈھونڈیں۔ اسے تلاش کریں۔ بہت سے کاروبار پہلے ہی کلیم کے انتظار میں درج ہیں۔

۲۔ تصدیق کریں کہ یہ آپ کا ہے۔ فزیکل کاروبار کے لیے ہم آپ کے درج شدہ فون نمبر پر ایک کوڈ بھیجتے ہیں۔ آن لائن کاروبار کے لیے آپ اپنے ڈومین سے تصدیق کرتے ہیں۔ اگر دونوں ممکن نہ ہوں تو آپ ہماری ٹیم کے جائزے کے لیے دستاویزات جمع کرا سکتے ہیں۔

۳۔ اپنا پروفائل سنبھالیں۔ تصدیق کے بعد آپ اپنے کاروبار کی درست معلومات شامل کر سکتے ہیں، تبصروں کا جواب دے سکتے ہیں، اور اپنے تبصرے اور شکایات ایک جگہ دیکھ سکتے ہیں۔

آپ کیا کر سکتے ہیں اور کیا نہیں

آپ کر سکتے ہیں: کسی بھی تبصرے کا عوامی جواب، اپنی کاروباری معلومات کی درستی، شکایات کا جواب، اور کسی ایسے تبصرے کو چیلنج کرنا جو آپ کے خیال میں ہمارے اصولوں یا قانون کے خلاف ہو۔
