Claim a business you control

Find your business and start a claim. Phone-code claims are unavailable. Supported online businesses can prove control at the exact domain challenge address. Documents can be submitted privately for staff review. A submission is not approval and does not guarantee a higher verification tier.

After ownership is assigned, use the business portal to edit supported profile fields, view customer reviews and respond to private complaints. Ownership does not let you change scores, proof tiers or customer reviews.

Respond and dispute

Submit one response per review. Responses require moderation before public display. You can dispute a review you believe breaks the Content Policy; a dispute does not guarantee removal. Staff decisions and visibility rules still apply.

Payment must not change moderation, ratings, review visibility, replies or appeals. Billing is not available as a verified checkout service; no merchant provider or paid plan readiness is certified here.

Verification limits

Domain control, business identity and a customer's transaction are different facts. Manual evidence review is not provider confirmation. Review the actual verification record rather than treating a badge as a guarantee of future service.
