Check a business

Search by business name, public phone, website or social handle. Identifier matches require a recorded control review; a shared identifier can match more than one business. Missing results do not prove that a seller is safe or unsafe.

Read the business details and available reviews. Ownership checks and review evidence describe different facts. A score is not a safety certificate or a guarantee of service. Private complaints are not a public verdict.

Share your experience

Find the business and choose to write a review. Sign in to an existing account, or create one with an explicit declaration that you are at least 18 and accept the current policies. This declaration is not independent age verification. No birth date is requested.

Describe your own experience and choose a star rating. Attach supported evidence or media if you wish. Do not include someone else's private details in public text. Uploaded receipts, tracking numbers and payment references are reviewed separately; entering or uploading them does not automatically verify a transaction or increase the proof tier.

Submissions pass through moderation and may be held, rejected or removed. Publication time is not guaranteed. Owners cannot directly edit or delete customer reviews. Eligible business responses and follow-ups also require moderation.

Private records and choices

Phone numbers and private evidence are not included in the public review projection. Account holders can view bounded exports and submit a data request at account data. That workflow does not provide automatic erasure or a complete archive. Complaints remain private to eligible participants and staff.
